As furniture and other large goods, logistics cost is the issue we have to face. In order to provide customers with affordable prices, we are optimizing logistics. We currently offer free pickup from warehouses in the Greater Toronto area, as well as paid delivery and installation services are also available.

Currently, we have pickup locations in Greater Toronto Area, Greater Vancouver and Saskatoon Metropolitan Area.

Delivery and Installation of Big Size Products
Delivery and Installation services are optional in Greater Toronto Area, Greater Vancouver and Saskatoon Mtropolitan Area. Please refer to the end of each item description for policies and fees.

Deliver of Small Size Products

Shipping Rates
We offer free shipping on all orders over US$3000. For orders under this amount, shipping rates will vary based on the weight and size of the items, as well as the destination.

Shipping Methods
We offer several shipping methods, including standard shipping, expedited shipping, and overnight shipping. The shipping method you choose will determine the delivery timeframe and cost.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 24 Houses, although this may vary based on the items ordered and the shipping method selected.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier’s website.

Delivery Issues
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately so we can assist you with filing a claim with the carrier.

Address Changes
If you need to change the shipping address for an order that has already been placed, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to make the change, but we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Returns
If you need to return an item that was shipped to you, please refer to our Return Policy for instructions. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is being returned due to an error on our part.
